If you Ever found a Good system, will the State LOttery pay you and how much
You see, this is why i'll like to create a Lotto Stock Market just like the Stock Market for the poor that way they don't have to worry about that, this is why i'll like to create Pick2, this is why i want WVA Cash25 in every country in the world to prevent deaths, this is why...Notice that no one tells any of the guys of the Stock Market when they make mad money nothing...Again the world will have been a better place if there was WVA cash25, Pick2, Lotto STock Market, and Free lottos paying 500

Contractors steal $70,000 in lottery prize money
Aha! You've hit on the key point here. The ability for people to get into a system, when they are not supposed to be able to. It's like in Jurassic Park, when Iam Malcolm says Life finds a way, to describe how the dinosaurs are able to breed, even though the genetic engineers made that impossible . It is inevitable. Just like this system was broken into and like other computerized drawing systems had glitches Crime finds a way . It also reminds me of the auto industry, whic

Why Quick Picks win...Hint: It's *NOT* what you think, folks!
From what I've read re: playing birthdays or not, the deal is not to play anything but birthdays, that is not to use birthdays as all your numbers, because so many people do just that. If you were to hit 6 for 6 doing that, the thought is you're going to be sharing the jackpot, possibly many ways. From tracking winner's list e-mails from a state lottery or two, what I have seen is that when all the numbers are lower the jackpots are indeed much more likely to habe multiple winners. As fa

Steve Player Systems
I haven't received that letter yet, Sandy, but I'm sure I will soon. Here is the thing with Steve Player systems. They are always - and this is no exaggeration on my part - a great read. I love his concepts and how he develops new ideas towards winning his games. The thing that used to make me skeptical is that he wins with every system he develops. At first I didn't believe it, because if he won with just ONE of his products, why even play others or develop them? I think the answer to this i

spreadsheet to HAC pick3 games :)
Yup, that's true. I think anything less than that spec is a glorified calculator these days! I've used every Microsoft OS ever made, so I am familiar with them and their various requirements. WinXP is the first OS for the home that is based upon the Windows NT architecture. BTW, I can recommend an excellent book called Inside Windows NT, by Helen Custer, which is still sitting on my bookshelf. It is a fascinating look at all the design decisions that went into building what was a radica

vtracs....useless or not??
Folks This is getting tiring I will admit. The only way that you can HOPE to beat the lottery in the long-run is to use some sort of progressive betting that allows you to recoup your losses after a long losing streak. Only then can you guarantee that you will win in the long-run and beat a negative expectation game like the lottery. The problem herein lies with the bankroll required to overcome such obstacles. I have done long-term testing on Vtracs and overdue Vtracs and Vtrac roots/sums

Prediction Discussion: Round 2
This is a continuation of the now massive thread found here...https://www.lotterypost.com/thread/76507.htmactually, it's more of a goal redefinement also...We need to more clearly focus on what it is that needs to be done moving forward in the prediction realm... Perhaps prediction is the wrong term to be using... Educated guess would be more appropriate...THe GOAL: To develop a pick 3 positional prediction (straight shooter) system that will win more than is invested over a defined time period

Why "patterns" and "systems" CANNOT win!
It is still very interesting that there are folks who really believe that there are other folks who somehow have the ability to predict what the winning numbers will turn out to be in the next drawing of whatever game is being played. It comes as no surprise, at least to me, that this phenomenon is believed by a great majority of players as well. Not that playing the lottery games of each of the states is not gambling, for it certainly falls clearly into the subject of wagering.I proposed a c

Lottery rigger warned officials about computerized drawing machines years ago
By Jason Clayworth The mastermind behind a national lottery scam says he warned officials about a glitch in computer-generated drawings 11 years ago, but nobody seemed too worried, his lawyer revealed in an exclusive interview. The same glitch involving identical numbers drawn consecutively or nearly consecutively occurred again in the past two weeks in Arizona, prompting state officials to offer players a refund. Eddie Tipton's new behind-bars revelation, paired with the duplicate numb
