Florida Lottery education spending investigated
I think the money should go to K-12 and some of it to the first two years of college. The only problem I have is that I feel that NONE of the money should go to teacher salaries or bonuses. It all should go to getting updated technology for the students, newer learning tools, laptops, new science equipment, scientific calculators, etc. The schools could be updated maybe 10 at a time. and when all are finished, then the improvements should be maintained on a regular basis. I have never understood

Excel Assistance
yea you are right about option A, I believe I will have to come up with another method because, although i can cut a 20x20 game down to a 8x7 game, applying this cut down method on 20 sections of 20cell per section is still too many calculations (the average benefit is it cuts it down by making a 20^20 power= 1x10^26 calculations, down to a 12^20 power=3.83x10^21 calculations, and so the process will still take too long). The sad thing is that, this method I have really does crack the lottery, a

Hypothetically: Sonar on lottery drawing...
Pumpi: They're mapping the surface details of a mountain range in Antarctica under a mile of ice. Remote sensing technology has come a long way. Probably remote sensing a lottery draw is possible somehow. But once done you'd have a remote sensed lottery draw. An equation for it might tell a lot about something. But it mightn't justify the trouble of doing it.

Florida shopkeeper accused of taking tourist's lottery winnings
What would make a Florida shopkeeper take someone's winnings? First of all, stealing definitely isn't good public relations, and second of all, the shopkeeper didn't win the money. People are so darn impatient for their lottery ship to arrive that some of the shopkeeper's will throw all their morals and values to the wind. It's almost impossible not to get caught in this day and age of technology.

I hate when this happens! Cashier gives me ticket with wrong payment option!
Years ago Ohio made players decide cash or payments when purchasing their tickets too. What made it even more complicated, there was a Kicker game and players asking for QPs had to chose yes or no to the Kicker along with cash or payments. Technology is finally catching up and the newer terminals do have better card readers, but some still pick up a small dot and won't print the tickets.

Living off of winnings VS living off of interest.
Great to see someone talking about solar wind power. If more 'rich' people started investing/using that technology we ALL would benefit. This is also the kind of set up I would spend money on.

Buying a house with winnings VS financing.
Buy a house for cash. This way you don't end up paying $350,000 on a $120,000 home over a 30 year stretch. If you take $50,000 and invest it wisely, then there is no reason why you shouldn't see $40,000 to $60,000 return per $10,000 invested over a 6 to 8 year period. Check out Lithium stocks and up and comming Chinese Bio Tech stocks. Huge gains and returns on these over the next 3 years. The one to watch right now would be Weikang Bio-Technology Group Co. Inc. Stock Symbol (WKBT). It is a very
