Follow-up to reducing 90,000 combinations
An update for those forum members kind enough to post suggestions. Approx 3/4 weeks ago during continual experimentation, I realised I d made a near fatal error, in my interpretation of statistical data for one of the UK 6/49 parameters. Which ultimately meant that to produce the same 7 jackpot wins each year I would have to generate a wheel with between 350,000- 500,000 combinations. My original 90,000 combinations generated using the original filtering criteria including the erroneous crite

Test the NEW Lottery Post Web Site!
Todd wrote: When you say that you have to convert it before you can edit it, what do you mean?Todd as you might know I'm on AOL. AOL's email functions has several ways to format a email. When i copied and pasted Libra Dave's astrological numbers post, he may or not have entered them onto the post using html. When i paste them to my email from the new version of lottery post in order to edit them change colors etc, I have to right click my mouse and convert the post to plain text. Which removes

How to play ALL STATES on line
I just started looking at this, but I think this has real promise. If you have a favorite or a few favorite numbers and you can bet online, why not track how many skips between hits for your favorite(s) for ALL STATES and when it is time, bet it or more than one on all states. To bet one number at 25 cents costs $13.75 for all states all draws each day (less on Saturday and Sunday). The minimum win is $37.50 ($75 for a double and $225 for a triple or straight). Here are some of my favoites as

More on the Hoosier Lottery...
Following is the reply I received from the Hoosier Lottery's legal counsel: Dear Mr. Grimes, Thank you for your e-mail in which you raised questions about the Powerball game and lottery statutes. First, let me assure you that the Hoosier Lottery does not ignore the statutes that govern its operations. This organization is committed to conducting the best lottery games available and depends upon the confidence of the public in the integrity of those games for its success. We have implemented a

Subj: Re: daily 4 winnerDate: 3/21/05 2:30:33 PM Central Standard TimeDear Player: Thank you for your message regarding the Daily 4 $50,000 winner. The Indianapolis woman you are referring to played it straight on her$10 Daily 4 ticket. In the March 8 midday drawing, she multiplied herwinnings by 10 and claimed a $50,000 prize. She essentially won 10times. When playing Daily 4, you can place up to a $10 wager to increaseyour payout if you win. I have provided you with a brief example below:A

What's a lottery expert?
Quote: Originally posted by lottoscorp on January 4, 2005(1). Why you are not winning more often or atleast everyday on the Pick3 and Pick4. That means I want to know what you are not doing and what you are doing to make those wins possible.I don't play 3 4 digit games. I did try to play on paper and did manage to beat the past history of the PA pick3 with 8 different 1-1-1 type formulas but that was over several decades and hindsight is always 20/20. THere were gaps between wins of up to 2

Working on a new system
Thanks again for your reply, it's always good to read the feebacks. The universe always try successfully to balance things, if we sit and think quietly for a moment, everything is related. If i had enough data, such as the dimensions and weight of every single ping-pong ball, the air flow , the cristal box dimensions, the time the pingpong balls keep bouncing, all of the elements involved in a specific drawing i could predict with a minimum error the possible combinations of that day.Unfortunatly,

Number drawn x times in last y draws
Well, about pairs and 3 number combinations, the idea is exactly the same. We have to determine the chance p to have a specific pair / 3 number combination to appear in a draw. Then the Bernoulli formula is applied as at the previous posts.a and b parameters describe our lottery game (eg 5 of 45, a=5, b=45)Pairsthe chance p to have a specific pair appear in a draw is equivalent to find how many combinations contain our pair among the whole possible combinations. The combinations that contain a pa

Interesting Study (please read)
This may be the machinist in me talking, but the way I have always understood Tolerance is the accepted deviation from an expected, known result or standard. For example, you have a complex part you are machining that will get shipped to a customer to go into a larger assembly... They will provide you with a blueprint, on that blueprint is a Tolerance block, for example, if tey call out a feature to be .045 , the tolerance will either be explicit (ex. .045 +/- .005 ) or implicit (requiring yo
