Time to lighten up folks. From the jokes page of http://www.sof.org.uk/God as a programmerMany important theological questions are answered if we think of God as a Computer Programmer:Q: Does God control everything that happens in my life?A: He could, if he used the debugger, but it's tedious to step through all those variables.Q: Why does God allow evil to happen?A: God thought he eliminated evil in one of the earlier versions.Q: What causes God to intervene in earthly affairs?A: If a critical e

Ball Ranges Anyone?!
right now I am using a weighted average of statistics.I have the following stats for match6... MODE, Average Deviation, Mean, my own set of lucky numbers, standard deviation and finally a conglomerate average of all the other stats...They are generated based on the previous draw history to see if they help indicate where the next numbers will come from. Beside each set of 6 columns of stats (it is broken down by position) is a delta number, or how each generated number deviated from the actual

I have to wonder exactly what the value is of knowing that the PowerBall has a 94.7% chance of repeating somewhere in a series o

Court scratches man's lottery claim
A Northborough man who tried to cash in on a mistake by the state Lottery Commission to collect a $4 million cash prize for a winning scratch ticket had his claim thrown out yesterday by the state Appeals Court. In 1996, Robert Jacobs purchased a winning instant lottery ticket at the Route 9 Beer and Wine store in Southborough.Although the winning ticket was worth only $10 on its face, Jacobs claimed he was entitled to a $4 million prize because of a mistake in advertising that accompanied the

$175,000 Mega Millions Ticket Dispute
Two traders for the Chicago Board Options Exchange filed a police complaint Friday against a trading clerk who they claim pocketed their $175,000 Mega Millions lottery ticket this week. But a family friend says she doesn't believe the clerk, whom she has known for 22 years, could have stolen anything. She's a very honest, trustworthy person, said Carole Masterson, whose brother is the father of the clerk's two children. I don't think she'd do something like this. She's not stupid. Traders, iden

My Pick-4 Work Out 1 2 3 1
I redid the sheet, leaving one cell that I can plug any number into and automatically perform the rundowns and count straight and box hits, I fixed one or two errors with the formula and I apologize to anyone who tried to copy the formula and was greeted with the formula is too large error. The trick is to break it down into four subsections... the first will check for straight and 5 box combos, and the other 3 each check for 6 box combos. A simple countif at the end for S's and B's will tell

what is the best system for 3&4 digit?
Guys,I'd like to throw my two cents in here.IMO there are two kinds of Bias, Natural and Mechanical.Natural Bias is present in any random dvent. The laws that govern this type of bias have to do with the tendency of dvents to take on the bell-shaped or Gaussian Curve over time.Mechanical Bias has to do, of course, with the mechanical dynamics of the machines, ball weight, air pressure, size of the bin, order of the balls as they drop etc.It is very easy to determine which bias is effecting the
