Air Force vet wins $6.5 million after nearly throwing away winning lottery ticket
Air Force veteran William Bowker, 94, almost let a fortune slip right out of his hands.
Bowker often plays the lottery. But when his granddaughter checked his latest lottery ticket for him, she mistakenly thought it was a Mega Millions ticket instead of an Oregon Megabucks ticket.

The winner of the largest Mega Millions jackpot in US history $1.5 billion is sharing some of her newfound wealth to help others in need.
The lucky South Carolina woman, who has chosen to remain anonymous, is donating to the Alabama Red Cross to aid tornado relief and several South Carolina charities.

I think it's widely accepted that our posts reflect our personal opinions without the need to dramatize it.
My reply mirrors my current thinking regarding lottery analysis.
As long as the pit guy follows the basic rules that apply to that activity, there would be no real change to long-term outcomes, except in individual perception.
