The odds have got to be beyond astronomical....but what if someone won both the PB and MM jackpots?? That would be just amazing and super cool if it was you wouldnt you think?

New Tri-State lottery game debuting Sunday
Dang...I wish Texas would update their Cash 5 game. Jackpots are only about $20,000, parimutuel, and odds are 1 in 435,897. Odds like that should have a payout of at least $100,000.

MM and PB, what if no one wins again...ever?
the Euro Millions jackpot is capped at 190 million euros. That is the maximum jackpot for Euro Millions. Powerball and Mega Millions have no cap. So in theory, if no one wins and the jackpots continue to roll, there is no limit on how high they can grow.

$191 MILLION: Huge Powerball lottery jackpot teed up for Saturday drawing
If you mean one individual winning both Jackpots in the same week I think that would definitely be the BIGGER story. I am no mathematician but the odds of accomplishing that in a lifetime much less the same week must be astronomical to the 4th power.

$191 MILLION: Huge Powerball lottery jackpot teed up for Saturday drawing
I wonder what would be the bigger story, being the sole winner of a record 700+ million jackpot, or winning both the mega millions and powerball 100+ million jackpots in the same week.

Illinois Never Wins Powerball-Why?
I like big jackpots. I am just saying that it is surprising that with California in the mix now and nobody has hit it.

California - Highway Robbery in Progress
Yes, $750,000 sounds like a decent compromise. I was really excited at the idea of CA joining Powerball because I thought all the new Cali players and their money would help us get larger jackpots quicker but if sales in Cali don't pick up until the PB jackpot is already huge, then there really isn't much of a benefit.

is anyone making an income from lottery
A few years ago, I saw where a WVA player won four or five Cash 25 jackpots multiple times in one year. The jackpot is a fixed $25,000 with an aggregate of $250,000 and he won close to $1/2 million. St. Pierre is more consistent and maybe both are making an income from the lottery.

Multi State Jackpot Fever
As both Jackpots continue to roll into what many anticipate to be possible record setting territory, will MM or PB bring it to a close this week and reset to its starting level or will one or both set new respective records?

TX Lotto players - Lottery Commission's sneaky rule change
Lotteries has to adjust to their markets and with most states offering PB and MM, local games don't have to offer large jackpots to attract a following. Some players are happy to have a chance to win a $10-$20M jackpot with odds of 1:20M or better.
