To me, random is firing up that machine and conducting a single 'clean' draw each and every time....end of story. 100% If the official drawings are completely random, why aren't the pre tests considered completely random also? They are NOT!!! Which is proven by the fact that they will pull a ball set if there is a random event which they do not like.
