It still may, however, I don't feel it'll do that this time... Doesn't seem to be quite as much hype around here... I think people over did it on the last 2 jackpots and didn't have a return like they expected. The people that normally don't play lotto are probably waiting for one more raise before going all in.... Just my opinion though.. well see how it plays out!!

With MM and PB jackpots back in a decent range again, time to give one of them a try for a while. I'm sure OCL will still be climbing when they reset and I can come back and try it some more. After matching 5of6 I can't seem to match even a 3of6. Beside it's time I use some of those winnings trying to win some real money before I've spent it all trying match 5of6 again.

Funny they ask Donald for investing tips and his 200mill casino sold for 20mill plus his bankruptcy before. Can't believe the taxes those winners had to pay. The jackpots seem like false advertisment.

Lets be honest guys. We love reading about the winners and their unique stories. How they turned a mistake ticket into a fortune, or how a work pool finally won when one guy pulled out and so on. LP is popular because of these very stories. IMHO anonymity is good but it would eat into the euphoria that drives jackpots up faster.

State have rules that establish payout caps and other measures that prevent them coming up short. The problem is if too many people started winning jackpots then they would stop growing to the amounts that attract most players. Even PowerBall starting at $40M doesn't excite most players until after it reaches $100M.

I was curious to see few minorities winning the big jackpots. I remember that african-american youth from Florida who got murdered for his $$$$. Besides that I don't remember seeing anyone else of color. I read about the Latino who got cheated from his scratch-off winnings by Pak/Indo retailers. I'm just wondering if those quick-picks are not so random after all.

I see you are from VA. IMHO Cash 5 is your game and the best part is that VA allows players to bet 25 on Cash 5. So for $1 you get 4 lines. They would never dare sell PB or MM for 25 because jackpots never mature. Success!
