creating a state lottery
mine would have both a pick 3 and pick 4.....
it would have a 5/30 matrix pick 5 game.....
it would have a state lotto with a decent matrix and huge jackpots....
no powerball or mega millions.....
anonymous status for any jackpot winner who requested it.....
have scratch offs with good odds.....
all games would be ball drawn.....
all draws would be televised.....

Mega Millions jackpot increased to $265 million
Oh no, not in Ohio! If I'm not going to win it myself, I'd at least like to be able to find out a little about the winner(s). They can remain anonymous in Ohio! I know, I know, I probably shouldn't care, but curious people like to know!

$270M Mega Millions lottery jackpot claimed anonymously
Each state has their own individual rules, but there's an excellent chance that you do have the right to claim any prizes as a trust. Even if the rules require that the name of the winner be released or that the winner attend a press conference you still might be able to remain anonymous. A trust is a legal entity, and therefore has some of the rights and obligations that a person does. Unless the rules prohibit it, the trust can claim the prize, and therefore the trust is the winner. The name

Michigan lottery winner managing to keep small profile
The mystery lottery player who bought a $5.9-million winning ticket at a Clio supermarket has surfaced.
Sort of.
The lucky millionaire claimed his winnings after the Feb. 15 Classic Lotto 47 drawing but still wants to remain anonymous.
Garth Moreau knows, but he's not telling. Moreau is manager of the VG's Food Center, 710 S. Mill St., where the winning ticket was purchased.
He's definitely a regular customer, Moreau said. I know he lives around here, but I'm not sure he's a C

Remaining Anonymous for Winners?
OK, this is from the Powerball website, the FAQ's page:
CAN I REMAIN ANONYMOUS WHEN I HIT THE JACKPOT?
All but three states (DE, KS, ND) have laws that require the lottery to release the name and city of residence to anyone who asks. One state (SC) will keep your name secret if you request it, but if someone files a Freedom of Information Act request, you may have to file a plea with the judge to deny it.
Photos and press conferences are always up to you. Most of the time, i

The chief of the Springfield office of the state Lottery has been terminated from his $71,000-a-year job, highlighting the Lottery's lagging record on minority hiring.Luis Garcia, 48, of Springfield said he was called into the Lottery's Braintree headquarters on Oct. 20 and told by former state Rep. Million-dollar ticket fight goes before Mass. Lottery board
