Whether they're Green Card holders or Naturalized Citizens - deport them. I don't care whether they Patels or Pastrami, you screw with US laws- be gone from these shores. The Statue of liberty does not say Give me your thieving extortion bunch yearning to break free . The Patel who coughed up an an attorney only did so because the game is up, his revenue stream is cut off- he wanted all of this to go so he could continue stealing. I say Deport them anyone associated with this cabal.

If clerks/Patels were more responsible we wouldn't have these issues and real winners would NOT be getting ripped off. No one expects the clerk behind the counter to commit lottery fraud When I walk into a store owned by a Patel to check my tickets I turn around and walk out without buying anything and don't care if they know it. The Patels should be watched very carefully.

Calm down guys, I don't think he was being completely serious. Besides, there have been a number of Patel clerks who sold a winning ticket where the winner wasn't scammed. If anything it sounds like it'd be good luck to those who believe in that. Just be extra careful with your ticket!

They had to wait 6 years so their names could be legally changed from Patel to Ashwar. Its very unfair for all those New Yorkers continuing to play the game chasing the big prize when this dork and his dork brother probably scammed the entire state of New York.
