YOUR STATE LOTTERY SUCKS if you do not broadcast your drawings live online and offline.
The most exciting thing for lottery players who spend a significant amount of money playing is to view the ball machine drawings live online and offline. It's better than watching any championship game or Olympic event.
No, not exciting at all. Never wanted to watch that. In the seventies during the previous century and millennium I had to watch the drawing to note the winning numbers on a beer car

(DW is a German public broadcast service)
In the United States, nearly 80 billion lottery tickets and scratch cards are sold every year. Overnight the winners find themselves in charge of an astronomical fortune and at the center of the limelight.

Players vent frustrations as New York Lottery claim centers struggle to keep up
I feel for you 'gate, but I've read that because MUSL is involved with MM and PB jackpot wins (MUSL has to get money from all of the other participating states so they can send it to the state where the jackpot winning ticket was sold) it's pretty much the same story as it is in California no matter which state you live in.
The news story The LP has posted was broadcast by a CBS News New York City TV station last Friday. I saw Pat Ferarro on my TV the night the story was aired. The people who

Why the fervor over a winner being a quick pick or self pick?
If you watch the jackpot game drawings being streamed via the Internet you can't help but realize that the broadcast has to be completed in a certain amount of time. I think it's 3 minutes.
Again, my lottery, published video of their drawing on their website. (with 30 min delay) 2 last draws. 1st video 1.36 min. 2nd 1.41.
(It can be shown twice in 3 min.)
with this disclamer: DISCLAIMER: Numbers shown in these video recordings are unofficial. Video recordings are supplied by the Inter

Arizona Lottery computerized drawing machine generated identical winning numbers
Lotteries rely very much, to the extent of often blindingly, on their lottery vendors and consultants. The failed $5 Monopoly Millionaire game is one example. Another is Texas Lottery original All or Nothing game which had no prize cap. Well that is until there was a near miss, which highlighted the problem, which should have been obvious from the start. However, again, lotteries rely mostly on vendors and consultants who often get paid a commission on sales; just see $$$. RNG draws are cheaper

It means just what is says...live drawing...like when you watch the news on TV...that's a live broadcast well this is when they have the drawing at 3:00pm live at 11:22pm at night you're supposed to be able to see it as it happens but in the last few days you can't get it until they rewind it and then you can see the re-run of the video of it.
All I could see when I clicked on it was a black screen...and when it says it's streaming means it's counting down to the time for the live drawing....

A VERY serious topic.
I think Jack Whittiker's problems were 99% his own fault. If you broadcast that you carry suitcases full of cash which you leave in your car while you get plastered at strip joints, well of course you're gonna need bodyguards.
Based just on the sketch you gave us, I agree with Tia. Help your dad. Continue to ignore the family you're not close to. I think you can stay anonymous in SC can't you?
I'm not close to any of my family either. Can't even call them family anymore with a straight fac

According to my retailer there is a new national lottery game coming
Eh, mixed. I like that they are going to have 10s to 100s (their words) of millionaires when the jackpot gets hit. But with their 2 current jackpot games there is no reason they can't do the same thing by tweaking the odds structure and reserve pool a bit. I tend to look past potential winners and see the math. For starters, the payout is only going to be about 54%. At $5 a pop I would expect more than that. Overall odds of 1 in 10 on a $5 game? I can get better odds on a $1 scratch-off. The cap
