I understand that there is no cash option / annuity BS for Euromillions, Superenlatto, and other European lottery jackpot winners. But as far as I know you still need to pay taxes on the amount won for being a U.S. citizen to uncle sam. Would it be the full 35%? 25%? Yeah, that's why the article contains lots of explanations about what a PWA is and how it is different from the apps you're probably used to. PWAs are new and upcoming, and as such the technology is still maturing particularly in trying to explain how to install it.
