1 Vote from me for Live Draw. If you have the technology and HD TV, you can record the drawings at very high resolution and play them back later in slow motion. If there is hanky panky in the Machine Room, it will be detectable this way. Remembering what happened in Pittsburgh back in 1980 with the conspiracy to inject paint into certain balls, I wouldn't be surprised if a lot of Lottery Commissions do this routinely to keep their people honest!

Wonder when thieves realize scratch-offs are tracked by the lottery's central computer to which all terminals are wired in? Also most stores have surveillance cameras in them so easy to get a photo of whoever cashes in tickets. Technology wins again.
