Keno sales surge across Massacusetts
The regular clientele who stop the Eddie Coyle's Roadhouse Tavern in Dracut for a bite to eat after work are looking for some laughs and a family-friendly atmosphere.
There are also several pairs of eyes watching a Keno television monitor as a series of 20 numbers pops up on the screen, hoping they will be the ones to go home a few dollars richer.
It's a recreational thing people are just playing because it's something to do while they converse or have their meal, said Leslie Cox, th

Thank you.
I think I mustn't have expressed myself well.
Here's the sort of thing I was referring to, from over at the LOTTERY SYSTEMS Forum.
Would you be able to find the Lottery Queen predictions and systems as helpful if they were posted there, or on the Pick 3 Forum, as you find them posted here on the LOTTERY DISCUSSION Forum?
Thanks for your patience.
Gracias,

i ordered broadband tired of dial up-need advice
LottoMike, congratulations!
I'm hoping you won't brag too much about how great the new service is.
Until something happens I'm gonna be stuck with the dial-up for a while and I don't want to be moping about it.

ways to eliminate numbers
Hi PencilMan,
Looks like you've developed a good strategy. I like it.
When playing singles only, you might also want to consider eliminating, or at least, putting less money on ------- any of those twenty boxed singles that don't include a mix of most recent and longest out digits.
Track any game's drawn digits as CalifDude's 10-digit-number (thanks, CD!), and MOST of the time, that game's next drawn single will not come solely from either the left or right side, but will be a

Probability of a Rollover in Powerball.
The powerball has rolled over. The cash prize is $12.6M, advertised as a $28M annuity. The MM has a slightly larger cash prize, but longer odds.
The average number of tickets sold on 3rd draws is 15.0M. If this is an average draw the probability for various numbers of winners will be as follows:
090.24%
19.26%
20.48%
30.02%

Pick 4 - 100 numbers method
Here's an idea that came to me a couple days ago...
Take the frequency hit chart here at LP and change it to display high to low.
The default display orders the digits from 0 to 9, but clicking on Times Drawn will reorder the list by frequency from highest hit number first to the lowest hit number last.
Now, if you can predict that 2 of the next draw's digits will show up within the 1st and 5th positions, AND that pick will be a singles pick (no digits the same) then you will win a bo

The 9 Day Window System
Covering the cost of the first 2 numbers in the p-3 straight would cost a hundred bucks for one state of your choice. You would only have to get the third number correctly to hit.
I haven't tested this yet, but thought it was a good idea based on the High Frequency System method. The only difference is that instead of looking for the highest frequency in the second and third positions, we'll only foucus on the third position. And this only applies to playing in one state.
Step One: Count

S.D. couple claim Powerball lottery jackpot
Beating 1-in-146 million odds to become South Dakota's latest multimillionaires, Pierre couple Lan Bill Nguyen and his wife, Tina, stepped forward Tuesday with the winning ticket for a nearly $117 million Powerball lottery jackpot.
The couple declined to participate in the usual news conference that large jackpot winners attend to answer reporters' questions and be photographed with a blown-up replica of their check.
Norm Lingle, executive director of the South Dakota Lottery, said the N

Powerball lottery being considered in Wyoming
In the latest push to make Wyoming a Powerball state, an interim legislative committee on Monday authorized legislation allowing Wyoming to join the multi-state lottery.
Individual lawmakers have sponsored Powerball bills in past legislative sessions, but this marks the first time a committee will formally introduce a bill of its own.
A Casper Star-Tribune poll of voters earlier this year showed that 62 percent support Powerball in Wyoming. The poll margin of error was 4 percent.
