How do I prove my state lottery's CGNs are fixed?
Also, clarification on a point made at the end of the post. ...possibly increase the deficiencies... means the difference between the high frequency and low frequency would increase, not the number frequencies themselves.

What do you think about this guy?
I agree, but what about buying a large amount of tickets to increase your odds of winnings, I believe if you buy only one Mega Millions ticket its like 1:175000000 to win, but if you bought like 100 tickets its like 1:1750000, still a long shot but better odds of winning. So does anyone think this is better, meaning buying more to increase you potential to win?? ( I know this is a little off subject but I thought about it when I read mech2009 response)

another matrix change soon for powerball or mega millions?
Heh Mike..I am sure they keep up with Stats pretty good..and as soon as they factor in Population growth for all of their member states and their payouts begin to go up on a regular basis...then I am quite sure they will increase the matrix..but first they will have to have an increase in payouts before they raise the matrix..or..if another state passes a lottery and becomes a powerball state..that would cause them to change the matix a little faster possibly also

Is Greed Good ??
It is nature to want increase. Everything wants increase - a cow wants to eat all the greener grass in the other field and a hedge will keep growing and growing. Abundance is good if it is to give back. Greed is good unless its selfish and to compete.

would you play more if your state offered 25 cent bets?
I would probably play more only because I could increase the numbers I play. However, I would like to see the payouts increase just a little.

30% isn't greatest odds, but doesn't a system that uses all the tools, such that lottery post offer, increase your chances? How much do you believe it increase your odds, 5, 10, 20 percent?

Realities of winning the lottery
Are these figures based on each player randomly picking their own numbers with no effort to avoid duplicates or numbers that have already hit? If they are then that would suggest that a pool of people could increase their odds of winning with a strategy. Picking duplicates won't increase the odds of winning a jackpot and combinations of five or greater seldom repeat. Since all LP members are allowed to post at least 10 lines per game a group could test those theory on the prediction board and

Powerball rolls to $27 million
They're just not expecting as much out of the annuity. Powerball always starts by estimating the cash jackpot based on expected sales and then estimates the annuity based on expected interest rates. However, the first two cash pots were higher because Powerball has to guarantee an opening annuity jackpot of $15 million and their annuities have to increase by at least $5 million per roll, so if they're expecting a lower return they have to increase the guaranteed cash pots.
