I wasn't too surprised that there wasn't a midday bump in estimation. I think it will roll to Wednesday. Can't believe cash payout is less than 50% thanks to bond yields and inflation. This is the perfect storm for Powerball to beat it's old record.

The lottery machines here were lagging because of strong sales. Over 1 1/2 million tickets were sold for the Tuesday drawing and sales for tonight could beat the old record in sales. And most players probably believe the jackpot will be won so they are buying tickets regardless of economy opinions.

I think it will roll to Tuesday. A relatively small bump from 830m-1.025b then another 75m, seems small for a Friday jackpot party. Annuitized value is 58.8% more than the cash value. still low real money sales for such a large jackpot. At 300+ million to 1 odds... It would be awesome if it broke the Powerball record.

But what if they record many drawings for the mid and evening. Then pick which to use, I'm sure they have data showing which numbers sell the most for the day and how much money each individual combination has collected cause when you watch the drawings it shows the machines from a distance then it cuts to a zoomed in video of the top of the machine. You could easily edit video and then what you choose to upload you can say it's live. Not trying to be a conspiracy

So.... the person who planted the fake ticket is also recording the people finding the ticket and following them into the store to record them arguing with the clerk? As you know it bumped up some more. Did you see the article that the KLC had record sales? Due to mainly scratch tickets. My response on FB: Paraphrasing myself Yeah, on 13 APR 2020 KLC got rid of mechanical ball drawings on Pick 3/4 as well as Cashball 225...wonder how much revenue was lost there?
