Predicting winning numbers? Fact or fiction?
(Everything is a question? No statements are made?)
How does he know how Georgia finds out? Maybe LottoPro doesn't like his support emails or BBB reports and it's revenge? Hey, if he can tell tall tales, so can I?
Maybe Georgia is engaged in a multi-million dollar per draw Mission Impossible level of espionage to prevent one user from winning? There is no cash to pay out? It's all spent on mi6? LottoPro (Polk) knows who stalker is? (Unless stalker walked backwards to hop a train to a rand

New Michigan bill would allow multi-state lottery winners to remain anonymous
Michigan went anonymous for in-state games of over $10,000 in 1988/89 when they also put the state income tax on all lottery prizes.
Previous winners sued and got to maintain the tax exemption. Every winner since then has to pay the state income tax which is now at 4.25% so it really isn't a big deal on the state taxes.
The only exceptions to the anonymity are for those games where you have to show up at a special event like a TV show to spin a wheel or otherwise compete for various

Michigan man claims $3.4M Lotto 47 jackpot
A Macomb County, Michigan, man has some planning to do after winning a $3.4 million Lotto 47 jackpot.
The lucky player, who chose to remain anonymous, won the big prize when he matched all six Lotto 47 numbers drawn Feb. 8. The winning numbers drawn that evening were 6, 7, 12, 16, 18, and 46.
He bought the winning ticket at the Victory Inn, located at 28950 Mound Road in Warren.
I heard a winner had been sold at the Victory Inn, so I checked my ticket. Then I checked it again, and then

Bulletproof Team & Ideas for Jackpot Winners
First, I'd sign the winning ticket... then change my phone number, put together a Financial planning team and Attorneys.. Go pick out a new Home, (in a State with No State taxes) move into it...
Depending on whether or not you could remain anonymous..have my Attorneys go to the Press Conference to represent
my winner's ticket claim, if I'd have to show up in person?... I'd have my team buy me a full body disguise, .. take a long undisclosed vacation... come back to town after things settl

'You assume all the money noise stops when you finally have it'
Aside from this article, I've read that ~ 66% of all lottery winners end up going bankrupt within 5 years. Terrible statistic, but not surprising, given most don't make any plans or consult with experts prior to claiming the money. What would I do? Let's see...
1) Tell no one right away. Put my ticket (unsigned for now; how you sign it is how you must claim it) in my safe for secure keeping until I'm ready.
2) Don't claim the money until I found out if I can shield myself from publicity

What's the Purpose of the Printed Time of Purchase on Tickets, If Drawing is 15 min to 1 hr Later?
I like a good Conspiracy Theory as much a anyone. There are a lot of them going on right now.
So let me take a shot at this one.
MSP first caught the Attention of the Lottery Security Squad on Thanksgiving 2005 when he played California's Fantasy Five. MSP had just joined Lottery Post and Started a Topic on how to Select Numbers based on the Date of the Draw. The RNG System in use was based on Time measured to 17 Decimal Points and was considered impossible to mimic let alone duplicate. M

I have a good idea on how to protect Lottery Winners! :D
As I explained about his particular case, he had been sued for part of his winnings by a co-worker so even if he had been able to claim anonymously, his identity was made public by the lawsuit. He also wasn't forced to go public ; Florida does not require a winner do a press conference. From the Florida Lottery FAQ:
Florida law mandates that the Florida Lottery provide the winner's name, city of residence, game won, date won and amount won to any third party who requests the information; h

Man who won millions from lottery during divorce case must share
had Michigan been an anonymous state, do you think he could have pulled a fast one
It's been tried before. Maybe somebody has gotten away with it, but in at least one case it backfired badly with a judge awarding the entire prize to the ex-spouse.
There's absolutely no reason that the claim form needs to inquire about marital status, and it doesn't. The lottery needs to know your taxpayer ID number, but other than withholding and remitting funds to the IRS they're not involved in your ta
