Hmmm, so you're testing a position/exact order strategy. If you know 177 is coming in exact order for the day drawing even after 771 hit for the day drawing on the 12th, then stick to the strategy. I base my decision and get my confidence to play or not to play from the track record of the strategy I'm using. The top 25 needs an update.
Did anyone else notice that on both of the last 2 times the jackpot was high, it reached the top 25 but there was no update The most recent one broke the top 25 for Annuity while the MM winner from January broke the CASH record even though the Annuity fell short of getting into the top 25.

The KY Lottery offers Online wagering for all their drawn games, but I wouldn't get any pick-3 straight combination multiple times because I'm not sure if the lottery would deduct state or Federal taxes on the total winnings. And even if they don't deduct taxes, they still have a record of the winnings the IRS might be interested in. Haven't won any Online wagers requiring a W-2G, but I'll still have to pay taxes on those bets regardless if I buy the tickets in a store or Online.
