40% is not enough!
And keep in mind that the lottery brass would probably want to increase the payouts. But the problem lies in NY State legistature. They won't let them increase the payouts. So if you want to complain, complain to your local state congressperson. And complain often.

Unlucky for Life Mon-Thu
i think it's a good idea. PA was nuts to think that holding a game on the same nights as powerball was a good idea. i think it is a temporary solution, and could increase sales, but in the end, PA will realize that they either need to scrap the game, or increase the top prize. a cash option might work, but for such a small annuity, it won't be much.

Mega Millions changing June 24 -official

Mega should increase theirs to at least $15 million as well.Heh, a paltry $2 million increase. They sure do think highly of their customers. Can you all say getting the S H A F T ?

$2 games

Everyone knows there is something very novel about spending one dollar in exchange for one chance at a jackpot. However, if the MM or PB people decide to do something stupid and increase the cost I think they would do it in a more conspicuos manner. That is instead of charging 2 dollars for one ticket (a 100 percent increase) they might try giving a person 3 lines of numbers for 2 dollars
