Wise guy thinks he's so smart taking parts of the Fourth Amendment. Cruel and unusual punishment? No, that would be sentenced to hard labor. He had three hots and a cot and now got over IMHO. It's OK, nothing he has done or will do will only affect him. If his record, hopefully not, gets expunged, then good luck finding any decent job.

Fascinating story Kate!....... What amazes me is the number of convictions these gentlemen already had on their record. One had 24, the other 74. Yet they only received an 18 month sentence. Also if they had not been total idiots, they could have used the debit card to get get cash back at certain retail stores,(if they had the pin number) used the Euros to buy their lotto tickets and they would have gotten away with it. And then they send the videos to Harvard Square, MIT, or Bluskov to evaluate any possible winning system or strategy. I know for a fact the KY Lottery suspended their one off game after I won $23 two days in a row.
