What is the most creative or fun way you won pick 3.
I was thinking about all the different ways I have won with my no-system system. So I am interest to hear how other players choose their winning numbers. We all heard about people winning with license plates, birthdays, dreams and addresses. So post your weird, wacky, creative or fun ways you have won. Here is few ways I have won. No system or workouts involved:
Grocery total

N.J. lottery retailer loses license after 'discounting' ticket
The New Jersey Lottery Commission has levied a $10,000 fine and permanently revoked the license held by Super Gold Deli on Morris Street in Morristown, New Jersey, to sell scratch-offs and online tickets.
Both Super Gold, a cigar and convenience store, and the affiliated Gold's Co. cannot sell lottery tickets because an employee admittedly discounted a winning ticket for a customer, Lottery Executive Director Carole Hedinger said Monday.
Discounting refers to a retailer offering a patron l

Most don't seem broken to me.
I think most lotteries go to a lot of trouble to maintain tight draw security, trustworthy records, oversight, and use a lot of other measures to establish they're worthy of public trust. I believe most can be trusted as well as any other group of citizens handling large sums of money, including banks, stockbrokers, and government agencies.
Which isn't the same as saying they're completely trustworthy, though I think they try hard to be, partly because so

Lexicographic Numbers and a little math
Hello
Below is a link to the first program, just run the setup and it's ready to go. This program is a stand alone
program and does not change any settings on your computer. It just installs the program and creates a
shortcut to run it. Just copy and paste the link below and it will take you to the download. This program
is a lexi-calculator and will be used later in this post to help explain the how I use lexigraphic values to
select my first and fifth numbers in a set. Windows

The person who missed out on being part of the Albany 7 should not feel bad
The QP s are loaded in a buffer in the machine from a network connection. Whoever gets the
window of opportunity gets the ticket. It would be a security issue for the
machine to generate the QP s from its own RNG for several reasons. The only added RNG may be local
to the machine to insure the QP s printed from the buffer are not printed serial in and serial out
order. A winning combination could be sitting in a buffer somewhere and never
accessed.
Are the buffers scrubbed and

Lotto strategy
New Jersey Lottery is fixed. NJ can put out a winning number if they want. I believe there are micro chips on numbers on balls.
The instant tickets also can be placed. There is a 4 digit security nuneric code for each game which is specific to each prize level within that game. An authorized NJ Lottery Official can enter the code is the computer and locate where a winning prize ticket is within any game. Can tell if pack is still in warehouse, out for delivery to a retail lottery agent, still

Determinism vs Randomness and Chance
I would love to see a complete specification of your favorite Pick-3 system, one that you allude to the existence of that one could live on the winnings from, so we could put it to the test.
And that's probably the reason Lottery Post has over 100,000 members all looking for that system.

Lottery cites extra player security as benefit
New terminals will soon be in place at all Kentucky lottery retailers which will provide smoother and safer transactions for players.
The new equipment began rolling out in October of last year, and crews across the state have nearly completed converting more than 2800 retailers to the upgraded technology. The new devices include touch-screen terminals connected via satellite to the lottery's Louisville headquarters.
