It's not just clerks being unfriendly, making mistakes, scamming, etc. But also cashing any sizable winner (ie. $100+) is often a huge hassle. Nothing exists - please do correct me if someone knows such a program. Neural Nets has been a part of my job for the last 12 years. You could make a program 'learn', but it won't make you any descent money. A 5 out of 5 for example, it will never be 'achieved' without a genetic algorithm. A GA will eventually be able to produce the results everybody is looking for = living by playing the Lottery. Hi Deo WOW 728 in NJ today, just missed 729. When I looked at it a bit it came out 2 years ago today 8/15/2015 mid day.
