There's that increase to 1.4! I agree I think it's going to end up between 1.45 and 1.5 tonight. Saturday is projected at 1.7 but I'll be surprised if it's not between 1.8 and 1.9 My thinking is the out of ordinary factor is when people are nervous about the economy, lottery sales increase, we also haven't had a jackpot over 1B for awhile so there isn't the burn out. The PB worksheet on the TX lottery website still shows the initial forecast for sales of about $197.5 million (and an annuity of 875) for Saturday's drawing, but that was based on increasing from 750 to 875 million. The actual increase to just under 830 million suggests sales were actually about $126 million.
