He sparked controversy when he admitted to collecting food stamps 11 months after the win. His $850,000 in winnings are only counted as income for the year he won and 11 months after was probably the next year. Just based on his record, he probably never was an upstanding citizen.

Delta is a short hand method for entering and recording lotto type pick-5 and pick-6 drawing results. Each of the 39 numbers appear about 74,000 times of the total 575,757 combos in a 5/39 game. If you're going to use delta with the just the difference between the lowest, second, third, fourth, and fifth, there will thousands of combos. If you record them on a spread sheet, it's easier to look for consistencies.

I wrote a program in Liberty Basic that does the columnar part of the chart, what I call the Sync. I do the Date workup part with a text editor that can record and play back keys to (somewhat) automate the searches. I'm not sure I would ever want to be any further removed from the data than that. I really like getting my hands dirty in the data. That's how I find interesting stuff, patterns, strange coincidences, come up with new ideas for workups, and so on. Thanks for asking!

Kao1632, It'll be interesting to see if each of those states pay the fixed amounts for 5+0. I am curious if they can pull from the prior record selling jackpot. Because when the jackpot reaches 1 billion every Tom, Rick, and Harry gets a ticket or two.
