"Lotto Texas" Now At $89 MILLION ($57.9 Million Cash)
I've been watching the estimated jackpot calculation documents and found something interesting. The interest factor used to calculate the annuitized amount has gone down significantly for the past few draws. This has resulted in lower annuitized values. For the last two draws the cash value increased by over $1,000,000 while the annuitized value increased by only one million. The reason is that the lower interest factor decreases the projected return on all of the money in the pool.

Mega Million Mega Ball Analysis?
If you maintain a file of the last 508 drawings since the last matrix change then you can view the data many different ways. Not only can you look at the most popular bonus numbers but their most popular repeat patterns. This is particularly helpful when reducing the bonus number pool to 10-20 from 46. I've done this and my odds of hitting the bonus numbers have been significantly better than 1:46.

My New 2010 3-digit Chart for all States
haha well i figured out why it works that way, its should be pretty obvious. If you take a number that came out and use it to come up with the next hit BUT that number does not come out the first draw, guess what? Its still connected so its still part of the pool of numbers to choose from for the next draw

Brainstorming using Smart Luck Advantage Plus
This is true. I'm also trying to narrow down which few charts to use on a regular basis and not bother with all the other ones because they just increase the size of the pool. Like being brave and just picking from charts 3, 4 6. Also spot checking chart 7 for locating the overall top rankers and where they currently are on chart 4.

Brainstorming using Smart Luck Advantage Plus
Here is another tip on reducing your pool or numbers or less, use the skip and hit chart, track the frequency of the number of skips. . if a skip of 10 has been out for five games, check how often a skip of 10 stays out between hits. This should help a bit. Let me know what you all think.

Could the Lottery offical do this??
A long time ago some of the people in charge of the balls used for the NY lottery were caught puting water in some of the balls so they wouldn't be blown up into the tubes and their numbers would have a better chance of coming out. They went to jail. The lottrery officals don't care who wins. the prize pool is the same percentage of the funds collected no matter what, so why would they have to fix who wins.
