Ty Dee! A psychic premonition...........those seem to do better than the workouts sometimes! That one is hot ond daytime due to the record deficit boxed from 10 years ago.........it had about half the boxed hits compared to the next closest ones in the early days of the daytime lottery. Wind knocked the internet out here for about 8 hours...........only had one real strong wind gust but blew about 60 or 70 mph with that gust.

Historically, somewhere in the low .6 range seems pretty common over the last few years, but there's been wide variation over the years. Just looking at the Wikipedia article on record jackpots the lowest ratio I found is an August 2007 PB jackpot. The cash value was $146 million, and the annuity was 314.3 million, for a ratio of just 46.45%. Flipped the other way around, the annuity paid out 215% of the cash value. purchased at Picolo's Liquor Deli in nearby Shelby Township. A few years ago while visiting near Shelby Township, Michigan, the MM jackpot was near a record and bought tickets at a gas station across the road from where the winning ticket was purchased. Might be a lucky area.
