Hi peeps, if anyone is familiar with this stat can you pls explain it? I know it's useful for setting up sets that hit straights, but I don't understand what qualifies and In and what Qualifies as Out . Using my latest system, one of my combos for Florida tonight was 708. The winner was 728. My point is that it seems more clear by the day, that the critics just don't seem to get it. Excitement at 9 digit jackpots has faded. The daily pick 3 typically pays 500 on odds of 1:1000 (000-999). Depends on where you play, legal or otherwise I suppose.
