regarding qp, you have a choice. you can ask quick pick at the counter for a full quick pick. or you can fill out a playslip with one ore zero numbers and mark quick pick. i dont know if you can just ask the patel for a partial quick pick, because he probably will not understand...or was not trained on how to do it. our complete computer system statewide was just upgraded so we have the latest platforms and the latests software.

crow, i don't know if you read what i wrote last evening, but this guy named patel(yep owner of a small store), said he always play triples on christmas. Trips hit 2008 and 2009 on christmas day.(nc) 555 to be exact. He bet me a 12 pack beer if 555 did not hit on christmas day. He says he plays quads and trips because people are concerned about christmas and not the lottery and the ncel hits you with a trip or a quad unexpectly. Did you see the 5552 that hit? I played 5550 and 5555, ughhhhh!

My point is exactly what I originally said, that the Lottery people say the ticket is a Bearer Instrument which can be cashed in by anybody if it's not signed. Willis Willis' claims of ownership didn't mean anything to the Texas Lottery. He signed the ticket and they paid him. Ownership, Schmownership, if Punjab Patel from the 7-11 is in Katmandu with your money, you don't own jack.

I thought it was a Qp that won...I'll have to check on that. As to someone using past tickets as proof of play...that seems shady at best. I wouldnt grant someone 254 million simply because they showed me that in the past history of plays they happened to play that set....Its the actual date and actual ticket that needs to be produced...end of story.
