I live in Indiana which does not allow an anonymous winner. However, 2 people have claimed prizes as a Trust and not had their names released so I that gives me some hope that if I ever win I can stay out of the press. The problem is according to law in Indiana the Executive Director has the sole discretionary authority to release the name of the winner here. So even if you do claim as a Trust with a nondescript name your name might still be released to the public. It will be interesting

You can create a blind trust anywhere. A blind trust is a legal entity and for the most part any legal entity can own property, whether it's stocks and bonds, real eastate or lottery tickets.
