MM jackpots by state
i think the total must include the 1-3 dollar wins since i've certainly never seen a good jackpot at it but good luck - evidently people can easily win 12-30 million or so playing itand i think rjoh is right - looks like ohio and virginia would be due for a win

Making a 6/49 system
Screen shots might look pretty, but results win lotteries. Post some predictions for the 649 game you play and if you have some winners, everyone will know your system is different.RJOh

Buckeye5...10/13/03
Tonight's winning numbers were 05-10-14-17-30I matched 3 once and 2 twice, $2 profit. I was testing some changes in the way I pick my numbers. I'm picking smaller groups and wheeling them. I downloaded a copy of CoverMaster last week and now I can create a custom wheel for any amount of numbers I want to play. I did this with Megamillions for tomorrow night's drawing. Hope it goes as well. RJOh

Powerball $102M, 2003-10-11
I found my mistake. I copied the post to NotePad again and replaced all the winning numbers with XX , and now I can see the 2+B's. I going to have to debug that template program. Sorry about the confusion.RJOh

Powerball $102M, 2003-10-11
I didn't count by hand, I copied and pasted to Note pad and saved as Jade.txt. I have a little program that used that file as a wheeling template and wrote a lottery file Jade.lot that my lottery program could read. There must be an error in my program because it doesn't show the two 2+B hits and it counted 42 lines pasted.RJOh

OHIO649P.....10/11/03
WIN D,Ohio649P has 338 total drawings and the winning numbers(not including bonus number) have the following results.all odd numbers - 4 times (calculated odds 1:78)all even numbers - 1 time (calculated odds 1:104)I don't pay any attention to numbers in that way, the number just identifies the balls.RJOh

Real Question
I know a few people who don't think about winning the lottery and they don't buy tickets. Even people who buy lottery tickets on a whim may not expect to win, but they are thinking 'it could happen' if I'm lucky. A person buying a lottery ticket with no thought of winning is as rare a person going to work with no thought of being paid.RJOh

Lotto synchronizer big test
Guru,I used CoverMaster to come up with a similar wheel and its first set of numbers are also 1-2-3-4-5-6. Does Iliya Bluskov own the rights to that set of numbers? I wrote a simple loop that writes all the possible combinations in any 6 number game and skip the ones that have a match (2-5) in a previous set and it alway starts with 1-2-3-4-5-6. Those numbers and 2+2=4 are intellectual property, but who own them?RJOh
