What would you suggest is the best and most fun way to play the lottery?
A. Choose a Quick Pick every time
B. Pick your own set of numbers and play them every single time
C. Pick numbers yourself but try different numbers that feel lucky everytime

Odds of winning box on a Quick Pick?
Does anyone know what the odds are of winning box on a Quick Pick in the Pick 3 and Pick 4?
I was thinking of adding 6/1000 (representing a single) and 3/1000 (representing a double) and that gives us about a 1 in 110 chance.
In the Pick 4, adding 24/10000 (single), 12/10000 (double), 6/10000 (double double), 4/10000 (triple) which is rougly a 1 in 216 chance.
I don't know if that is correct.

The "no-no" ticket as a lead to a quick pick
I'm putting this here as it applies to Pick 5, 6, and jackpot games, and it's not exactly a system and not exactly mystical.
I'm just wondering if you played 1 2 3 4 5 (Pick 5) or 1 2 3 4 5 6 (Pick 6) on a play slip and the played a Quick Pick immediately after that combo on the same playslip if it would kind of psych out the lotto terminal computer, act like a key to a winning combination, maybe 4 hits or or better.
Worth blowing $2 trying, no?

What are you going to do different in 05'
Since Wisconsin switched to computerized drawings, for the short term I might go with a filtered quick pick approach. Instead of picking individual numbers I am just going to play filtered combinations. As far as what numbers to play. I use Lotto Pro and as a general rule I throw out the bottom six numbers on the Number Statistics Chart and also throw out the due numbers if I believe none of those are going to hit. Then decide whether or not to play any prior numbers and possibly throw those out

ohio pick 3
I haven't used any systems yet but I have hit the Pick 3 on several occasions over the past 8 yrs. I've hit it straight twice and boxed twice. I remember the one time I picked my own number but I can't remember the other 3 times. They might have been quick picks. I rarely play Pick 3 anymore. The $500 just doesn't seem worth playing for. And if I did win it,it'd probably go back into the lottery anyways. I alternate between Pick 4,Buckeye 5,and Super Lotto Plus. It just depends on how I'

Why the fervor over a winner being a quick pick or self pick?
Sorry but I just don't get it.
Let's face it, regardless of the method of number selection when the numbers you played are the same ones drawn that win a jackpot it is nothing but pure blind luck.
I just don't get why some here are so curious to know.
Comments anyone?
Currently: Was it a self pick or quick pick?
Fast forward a decade: Was it a self pick or a quick pick, played by a human or a robot?

Looking at the past NY Mega Millions Winners and I noticed something...
WHEN IT IS YOUR TIME TO WIN YOU WILL WIN NO MATTER WHERE YOU PLAY. THE following drawing was won by two players who played $1 QUICK PICK EACH. THE GUY FROM CALIFORNIA PLAYED $1 QUICK PICK WITH CASH VALUE OPTION. THE GUY FROM BRONX NY PLAYED $1 QUICK PICK WITH THE 26 ANNUAL PAYMENT OPTION. By the way that place where the individual from bronx ny won is a very poor area. GOOD LUCK EVERYBODY.
