New breakthrough prediction system
State lotteries are designed to pay only 45-50% of the ticket price in prizes, 5-10% for expenses and the rest goes into the state coffers. A program that would allow lottery players to win as much as they spend would destroy the lotteries. I predict, like the formula that allowed cars to run on water, this program will never see the light of day and will be come another urban legend.RJOh

Mega Million Drawing for Tuesday, 9/16/03
RJOh,Yes, look at the combinations that is what I did. You are right, they are coming out now! Have you noticed, lots of Evens too? And lots of 40's for the Red Ball! I still have a feeling I may hit, I hope it's soon and for you too. Good luck Friday.

Kristin,I know how you feel. I won't set my RNG to not match 3 in the last 25 draws any more. Combinations of threes are starting to repeat.RJOh

The Next Big Thing?
I think it just means 6 numbers drawn from a group of 69, similar to 6 of 49. I don't think matrix in this case is referring to any grid, graph or 6 x 64 layout.RJOh

Lottery programs
RJOh,I do believe my definition was a bit more confining, and by my definition, many systems (at least the ones that I've seen) DON'T work, or at least cannot be proven to work.As far as making more selling it than using it... Both remain to be seen.

Lottery programs
I guess if you got a money machine that works, you don't want any competition if you want the money to keep coming in. Anyone that had a winning lottery system would have to think the same way if they had any business sense. RJOh

New breakthrough prediction system
RJOh, it's called hope. (it's also called a few other things, but we won't go into that right now) I personally know a person who spends half his paycheck each week on the lottery and lottery related products. He has for years. If he had just put that amount of money in an ira and his 401k, he would have a good retirement. But he keeps chasing that dream. I chase that dream also, just like all the people here, but I chase it with a dollar.

New breakthrough prediction system
Guru,I still have faith. Your theory sounds similar to the theory I've been working on for a perpetual money machine. I hope I haven't spoken too much too soon.RJOh
