Yep! And that's another issue, entirely! I've always had a problem with the Lottery waiting a whole hour after closing before announcing the winning numbers. Why do they need that much time when it's all systematic? It only take mere seconds to a minute to tally all ticket purchases/numbers in the system, and should be able to announce the winning numbers in 5 minutes after closing. I move to the nontax state that I purchased the winning ticket in I establish residency .. how long that would take I don't know ..... let's say 6 months.
