ls2004 system
That's a full wheel for a 5/39 game. What can you learn from that? Most players, when talking wheeling, are interested in abbreviated wheels that cover the most winning combinations in a pool of numbers for the least cost.

Lottery-winning deputies going to Disneyland
I wonder how many of his former friends as the Sherriff's Department are going to claim they were suppossed to be part of a pool agreement ?? I'm guessing these folks are going to be facing lawsuits when they get back to California. If I were them I would stay in Florida and avoid all the HUGE tax burden of California. Wonder how many of the people he works with are already planning to sue over the ticket.......Bet lawyers have already been contacted!!! Good Luck guys!!

Out of $1.... I think $.50 goes into the prize pool... $.30 goes to Education... The remaing $.20 goes to retailers and lottery operations.

Lucky 7's...I've Got The First Digit...Who got Da Pair??
After doing some back testing. Excluding when doubles hit or the day after. This is a great little tool. I found that approx. 80% of the time this actually holds true. Not necessarily the 1st digit but one of the 3 to come. This could be a great filtering tool for trying to slim down your pool of numbers you might play from your workouts! Thanks L.L.

Windows Lotto Pro software
The capability and convenience of printing large amounts of tickets accurately is a nice feature for a large pool that pick their numbers rather than play a bunch of QPs, but most pools don't have anyone who want to do that much work so they usually settle for QPs and they don't usually track past drawings.

Why pools?
Using small pools of numbers is an advantage only if most or all the winning numbers are in it but that seldom happens. Having three of the winning numbers in a pool of 12 for MegaMillions or PowerBall is quite an accomplishment as attested to by the Maddog's challenges.

When the winning probability grows proportionally with the number of lines
What you need is a combination generator that allows you to set parameters that control the numbers in the pool, the size or combinations that can be repeated and etc. Such generators have been discussed in the lottery system forum.
