Lottery clubs
I recall a post on here about one of the big games over there in usa, where the lotto wanted to canvas the idea of buying shares in tickets.
instead of paying $1 for 1 line you paid $1 for 10 shares in 10 lines, ie 10c into a pool for that 1 line.
I liked that idea , i liked it a lot. of course the whole scheme is ran by the state lotto, so not a pool or club in the traditional sense but still a cheap fee for a share in a possible big jackpot. you get 10x more chance of winning for 1/

Anyone want to start a pool on how many people will claim they were part of the group and how many days after the winnings are claimed the lawsuit will be filed? :)

Developing a winning MegaMillions System
If you leave all 25 numbers out of your number pool, you won't need to filter them out of your selections. By the way, you didn't include #46 in that group. Good luck if you play tonight.

Lottery win bad news for gas station employees
I think his business is already being affected by the allegation that his station had a problem with water in the fuel.
I agree with all those who are irked anytime a clerk asks for a tip or a share from lottery ticket buying customers, and that employees are not entitled to any bonus the store earned (I am pretty sure the bonus check is made payable to the owner of the store and does not list the names of all employees as would be the case in a lottery pool).
I don't think this store own

Kentucky: 1/1 - 1/31/2009
I reason that way because of the cold 1 and I know that the cold digits will double the majority of the time, we are playing behind 590 first and then 529 so those digits will be first on my list to put in the pool and 199 fell last week so 119 just might show...

I am physic but not a magician!
Actually I'm surprised this thread is still active and that Todd hasn't pulled it. On Zacman's homepage it blatantly asks you to join his pool so you were right,MillionsWanted. I didn't think this was allowed or it that kind of thing only allowed on homepages?

NJ Raffle-What happens if?
JERSEY JACKPOT RAFFLE tickets will be issued sequentially by the gaming vendor's central wagering system. The first number issued will be 000001 with the final number, 500000 . Should all the available tickets not be sold by the designated drawing pool close date and time, the top range for winning raffle selections will be determined by the last raffle number sequentially sold by the gaming vendor's central wagering system.

Lottery Pool/Club
Keep in mind, I think it's great to socially play in a pool with some buddies, but not if the goal is tracking a win over time. Just for fun only!

Lottery Pool/Club
That is the whole point. Only by joining a pool can one be part of a purchase of 1,000 tickets. No way would I spend that much myself. By the way, not every drawing. Just when the jackpot is large.

Lottery Pool/Club
Please don't use Lottery Post to advertise a lottery pool. Nobody knows you, and you can easily be scamming people. It doesn't matter how sincere you sound, because scammers are very good at sounding sincere. That's how they scam people.
The only answer is don't use LP for this purpose, no matter what.
If you feel you need to advertise a lottery pool, pay for some advertising at Google, Yahoo, or something like that.
Same goes for lottery software.
Thanks.
