Please don't use Lottery Post to advertise a lottery pool. Nobody knows you, and you can easily be scamming people. It doesn't matter how sincere you sound, because scammers are very good at sounding sincere. That's how they scam people. The only answer is don't use LP for this purpose, no matter what. If you feel you need to advertise a lottery pool, pay for some advertising at Google, Yahoo, or something like that. Same goes for lottery software. Thanks.

the odds are approximately 1 in 200 million, so a pool trust or anyone wealthy could simply buy all 200 million chances, and possibly win 400 million or split it with someone and win the 200 back.

i've run a pool for over 12 years. i used to just ask different people to join when the jackpot gets big, but that was a headache. now i have a group that has been essentially the same for those 12 years, the only way to get in is for me to trust you to pay your share. i cover them when they are on vacation/sick/ or just short this week. only one fella has left the group owing me money but the rest of the group covered that. we play 5 bucks a draw when the powerball gets big enough, quick picks

What I love about Lottosync is how much time it takes to do it's predictions . 50 samples takes about an hour. 100 samples takes about 2 hours and 200 samples takes about 3 hours. Not only that, I'm enjoying how it hangs my computer because it's using so much of my computers' resources. That is very interesting. I know states will allow a pool to claim and issue separate checks, but I didn't know about that. My state will only pay to one person, but using the IRS forms I mentioned in a previous post, they will split up the tax liability and issue W-2G forms to multiple people for a single jackpot.

Again it just doesn't add up simply because the guy who put in 2 bucks (1 for himself, 1 for his mother) was given two shares of the pot. If the rest of the 13 agreed that was fair and within their lotto pot agreement... then it seems there were two agreements made on how to split the winnings. The IRS doesn't care whether the lottery writes the checks to the members or the pool administrator writes the checks. Each member is entitled only to their share, and that's what each member pay taxes on.

Generally, your company has no authority to prevent employees from forming a lottery pool or engaging in any other legal activity. Their authority is limited to requiring that you use company time and company equipment only for company work.

ill join any lotto pool going, chances are you are never going to win, so u need to get as many emntries in as possible, pools just subsidise your entry cost. worry about legal stuff after you win
