I don't know where you get the statistic Pick-3 numbers once drawn rarely repeat. Boxed the odds are 50/50 that if a span of 16 draws is selected randomly, like if you had a template with a cut out the size of 16 draws to slide randomly over the the draw history, half the time where you stopped you will find a boxed match. Now I'm not saying you can start at draw 01-16 and slide up one draw at a time to see if the next draw matches one of the 15, it isn't predictive, just an average.

lol, that is funny. about a year ago, it was late at night and i bought a $5 jumbo ticket and hit $10. The young clerk gave me $15. I paused for a beat then got in my car and took off. having worked in gas stations when I was young and knowing how much it sucks to come up short on the register, after about a mile I quickly turned around to give the girl back the extra she had given me. She politely told me you actually won $15 I felt like such a tard, but a tard with a kind heart :)

There have been enough stories here claiming that QP's have repeated several numbers that if the claims are accurate, the repeated numbers can't be attributed to coincidence. I''ve considered that multiple lines on QP's may be wheeled when the terminal chooses the numbers. I'm just now replying to this question because I have been carefully verifying the information. It seemed suspicious to me as well. I have verified all the Win 4 results against the numbers officially reported by the NY Lottery, and they are accurate. The lottery's records in their mainframe show quad-zeros (0-0-0-0) for Win 4 Evening for: April 3, 1985 April 6, 1985 April 10, 1985 April 13, 1985 April 18, 1985 Obviously, the odds of this actually happening are beyond astronomical.

I never knew Kentucky Cash 3 paid $600 for a $1 straight, $100 for a 6-way box, and $200 for a 3-way box until I moved here from Ohio. The $600 to $1 is the same payoff the bookies used in the numbers game before pick-3 state lotteries. It makes the math easier because $600 is divisible by 6.
