Developing a winning MegaMillions System
My RNG can be set to tries to pick every number in the pool at least once before picking any number twice and to pick combinations that match combinations already picked the least. I may adjust or eliminate those features for this Friday drawing.

Pre-test draw results, Do we Have the right to know what they were?
As far as New York is concerned, I think publicizing the pre test data would be a bad idea, because it would add more smart money into the pool. As it is now They overbet triples on a daily basis selling them out,and access to pre test data would probably enable them to play heavily on likely six way or double combos, which would mean the 125 , 249, 257, 006, 115, 424, would be selling out on a regular basis, and hampering my ability to cash.

Developing a winning MegaMillions System
The algorithm that decides which result sets are the best isn't really that complicated itself, instead of printing out values for 1 result set with a certain drawing history it runs a 'for' loop and records each result set to an array, then when finished, prints out the results from the array with their corresponding pool sizes for review. At that point I review the results and decide which drawing history I think might work best. That portion of the app is simply to pick which drawing history

When the matrix changes...
You have to assume the balls will act differently now that there are more balls in the pool. For instance, say in theory a drawing changed from 10 balls to 70 balls, you wouldn't continue to calculate possible outcomes with only the 10 ball history. Both sets would have to be treated differently, but it completely depends on the change and your methods. Everyone will chose their own adaption methods to this change, and since we haven't seen any systems yet that constantly produce jackpot-winning

Going to share a tip (MegaMillions)
There are only 3,819,816 possible combinations of 5 in a pool of 56 numbers. If you use the numbers from the last drawing as a key number one at a time then there are 1,249,500 possible combinations of 5. Choosing the right Mega ball make the task of winning the jackpot 46 times harder.

What would you do if you had to share your jackpot?
That reminds me of a question. Suppose there was a $400 mil jackpot and you had one winning ticket and somewhere across the country 9 people won in an office pool bearing one winning ticket. Would you be splitting it ten ways or do you get half of the jackpot, while the other 9 have to split the other half nine ways?

Powerball multi-state lottery game to change rules
But remember that Powerball limits its jackpot growth at the record levels - dumping the money into a Match 5 BONUS pool. That will slow the growth to the world record; spreading the wealth instead.

Maddogs Powerball Challenge 8/6
I have a personal challenge to reduce my actual playing pool to 25 WB and 10 PB or 10 MB for both the PB and MM games. When I see those kinds of combined results then I know it's a realistic goal. I usually pick my numbers for the Maddog challenges from those pools.
