guys this was told to me on this site but i didnt listen... there is a new movie coming out with Ben Affleck, called: The Town...Saw the preview and it says that is about some robbers who rob banks in Massachussetts.. Massachussetts has the 4th or 5th easiest lottery in the USA...People may ask..Why rob banks and Rob, $800 and go to jail when you can get: $6,000 on Pick3/Pick4... I work with investments at the institutional level. I have heard from folks that I deal with that their investment advisor told them to do this or that...Funny thing is that it defies logic.....Half the time the investment advisor is a close friend that gets lucky every once in a while and the other half try to get the biggest payout from what they recommend. I am not surprised. In Tennessee, I have noticed sometimes store clerks will scan the ticket when I buy it (just like they scan any other product I buy), whereas others do not. This makes me wonder: 1. Are they scanning it just to 'ring up' the product like normal or 2. are they scanning it to determine if it is a winner or not or 3. are they NOT scanning it because it has already been scanned by them previously and they dont want to ring it up twice? I have long thought

Stocks can be purchased low and increase on their own while still based on that same low, initial invested because it's DEMAND-BASED and not fixed. Lottery games have fixed odds which do not fluctuate ever and thereby require the players to adjust the return profits themselves via carefully designed systems.
