I'll never win any Jackpot
Way back when, You told me that 50% of the time 5 numbers are drawn in the previous 15 drawings. If I said that then I was wrong. (for MegaMillions only) Since the last matrix change 50% of the time 5 numbers have been drawn in the previous 22 drawings, only 20% of the time has 5 numbers been drawn in the previous 15 drawings. However, 60% of the time 4 of the 5 numbers have been drawn in the previous 15 drawings. Now that the jackpot has reset, I'm going to take some time and re-evalua

pick 5 system
Do you have any kind of software that can take the 12 numbers and give you balanced plays with them? Years ago I purchased Lottery Pool Pro and it had a feature in it called InnerSpan that was excellent at doing that. I'm sure there's other programs as well that you might want to look into, last I knew the seller was charging a lot of money for LPP.

-Maximum 5-
From what I read the TX Cash 5 has 37 numbers to pick from. The CA Fantasy 5 has a pool of 39 numbers to pick from and starts at $50k. It often climbs over a few hundred thousand. In the couple months I've been tracking it, I think I've seen it pass $400k at least twice. Does 2 numbers really make a difference or does TX have special multipliers like they do for other games?

I worked with a guy who would tell everybody when the Lotto was high that he would share with them if he won the jackpot. It sounded like a nice gesture until two other employees split a $20 million jackpot. That was over 10 years ago and he still says they cheated him out of his share. He never won a jackpot so we'll never know if he would share, but that wasn't his intentions; his nice gesture was meant to form an unwanted partnership with everybody he knew that bought Lotto tickets. I'm going on record now to tell the whole world that I'm not giving anybody anything if and when I win a lottery jackpot. This way when I do win and some schmuck claims that I promised him a share and decides to sue me for it,I have it in writing on the world wide web that I never made that promise to him or anyone else.If anyone wants a share of a lottery win,I suggest they join a pool and get lucky...keep your hands off of my lottery win.

Women win $276M lottery jackpot - and report back to work
They sought professional advice.... Probably so. A good while BEFORE the draw! What if, and then, etc. Just hope they went as far as contracts since three of the pool players did not play in this draw.

My daughter in Louisiana is in a pool and they included the information you mentioned in their contract. They went as far as to define Medical emergency.

Tax office workers win Powerball lottery jackpot
You are probably right.. I am in a office lottery pool and we all had to sign a contract, one of the rules were if you did not play that week, if we hit you did not get a share of anything. The only exception that was made was that if there were a medical emergency or death in the family --(we would put your share in)........ Other than that zero input meant zero dollars!! We all agreed and we signed it.

I agree. One must never say never when it comes to lawsuits about missing players . There are a few lawsuits going on right now, where people have claimed that they were regular paying, lottery pool members, but happened to miss out of the winning drawing and are suing to get their share. Happens all the time. Just read the articles here. There is actually a pretty big story about one going on in Canada right now.
