The Quantum Sums
The Sum
The Quantum Sums is a multistep process that starts with a known sums distribution and formulates to a single equation for selecting Quantum Sums. This will deal with only the Pick 3 sums; Pick 4 sums are more complicated, however, the basic method for deriving the Quantum Function is generally the same. In addition, this has applications to other distributive phenomena.
Below is a distribution table and chart of Pick 3 Sums. A Pick 3 sum is the addition of the individual numbers i

Number Frequency.
I keep a daily chart on all 3 positions , it changes each month . i have data going back 10 years . and each month the charts look the same only the lead numbers are different. I also track sums and odd even. I HAVE THE TOTALS FOR ALL 10 YEARS. for instance i know numbers adding up to 12 13 14 15 16 will come out more in the year than numbers adding up to 3 or 26 , sometimes the over due sums come out in bunches. sums totalling 16 and 18 are due to start hitting in mich.

Missing Pick3 Pairs & Sums
.....If your state is missing certain Pick3 sums pairs for close to 2 months or longer, here's a place to list them. (List Pick4 also)
Maybe we can gather enough info here to get everybody some easy hits.

I may have misunderstood U from the start , after all I'm not the sharpest knife in the drawer...
I think and I could be so wrong, but some call them Short Sums or Root Sums where certain Sums are added untill it become a Sum 9, example Sum 18 (1+8 = 9), 27 (2+7 = 9) 36 (3 + 6 = 9) all add up to Sum 9, if I look at this way then yes it is a lot of Sum 9's but I only look for the original 12 Sum 9's... Therefore I see only 2 Sum 9's that have fallen so far this month 027 and 009

Thanks,
Blackapple, let me know what the 9 root sums and 10 short sums are when you get a chance. It seems that I can have a better chance to hit if, I play by the sums .

It appears to me that they are only running a few numbers. I have my sheet but can't post it here. That number has hit twice this month. They have quite a few double hitters . (numbers that have hit twice since Jan 1, 2009. Also after making this up, they are running only certain root sums. for march they are running primarily root sums 7 and 2 . both of these have 6 hits each. The lowest hits are under root sums 4,5 and 7 with only 2 each. The 278 is the only number to hit the 8 root sum this m

Sharing my pick 3 system.
Don't forget there's more to this than just over due sums. Like we were hunting that 5 something till it hit. You could have eeo for 5 days in a row start looking for ooe with an overdue digit. Also Carbob you seem to have a lot of sums listed for being due. I don't consider one due (overdue) till it's 40 days out. I also only due the sums between 9 and 18. Now in Pa. I'll be turning my attention to the digit 8. (The next due digit). Unfortunately, it's not really overdue yet and doubles should

Has anyone here read Gail Howard's book-Lottery Master Guide?
forgot 5 more evolutions that lottery softwares need: narrowing the field to 14-16 from lighter lotteries, Sum decades, 5's sums as well as 4's sums, ratios algorithms [any kind], delta lotto system sums, Vertical Lotto Digits Footprints averages, Horizontal Lotto Digital Footprints, PREDICTIONS, etc, etc, etc....
so what am i saying basically, i am saying that 100% of lottery softwares are VERY, VERY far behind they need to evolve a lot, they have much to evolve...They are all relying on old
