Hi Guy, you can't judge the world based on the tenpercent rule. I have seem your posts, and those of others - you have my sympathy. You are aware of the tenpercent rule right? Ten percent will ot do what the other 90% do. 10% crooks, or 10% honest. Same rule. Hell, NJ is full of every crook you can imagine. They have set a record for politicians in jail and under arrest. A Florida Lottery district manager was arrested on bribery charges Friday after allegedly accepting payment from a Gainesville store owner he thought was seeking preferential treatment in getting a lottery ticket machine.

Man busts through store roof, steals lottery tickets

A thief hoping to steal his way to some good luck busted through the roof of a grocery store and took hundreds of dollars worth of lottery tickets on Wednesday.
Ironically, unlucky for him, it was all caught on camera.
Surveillance footage captured a fairly clear image of the suspect's face, and after about a day on the run, Kevin Croft, 30, was arrested for the crime by Florida detectives.

New Jersey store clerk accused of stealing $1M lottery ticket
A New Jersey convenience store worker stole a customer's $1 million-winning lottery ticket and tried to pass it off as his own, authorities say.
Rayhan Sorwar, 36, who worked at an Edison convenience store, has been charged with theft of moveable property over $75,000, a second-degree crime; conspiracy to commit money laundering; and attempted money laundering, both first-degree crimes, according to Middlesex County Prosecutor Andrew C. Lottery ticket scam costs victim $19,000

Haines City police are looking for the pair who used the promise of a Florida Lotto payoff to scam a man out of $19,000.
According to investigators, they met the victim at a Family Dollar store. Police released surveillance video of the three men together.
