When I win, I will only visit the US to see family. No way would I be sitting in a house in US! My address would be name the airline first class seat and hotel/apartment in name your non-US country. In the U.S., any military base or fort is a federal reservation. So I'm thinking that would cancel state lottery sales. As far as ovrseas, I doubt PB or MM could sell tickets on overseas bases.
