If you see the words cash machine in any email, it is a guaranteed 100% SCAM. That is a very common term used by scammers and internet scamming groups. In fact, if you get ANY unsolicited email, there is virtually a 100% chance it is a scam...

It's just bad timing because lots of people were talking about the Texas scam when you started this topic and it looks like some of them believe you created a scam too. Your idea is certainly different than one person buying a roll of tickets and if you get enough people interested, probably something you could do a couple of times a year. It's similar to state lotteries with very successful raffle games, but still limit the number of raffles to only a couple of times a year.
