if i won 315 million....the do's and the don'ts
If I won 315 million (or anything in the millions)... The first thing is I would have a press conference where I come off like Scrooge's evil nephew. I will remember who was there for me when I was poor and help them in some reasonable way. Nobody would get a new Cadillac (but I'd get a Jeep) and of course I would go right on here and let you all know how I won and share whatever technology I used (for free) and I MIGHT upgrade my membership from Expert to Premium level. I'd NEVER start drinking

todd,s petition
Welcome to LP. We don't check ID's here to vote , anyone can vote (mostly in FLA., CA. and IL.). Sign early, sign often. Let your voice be heard across the oceans, if we could only get the United Nations to sign on, then we may stand a chance to put down this terrible beast of technology. Those little ping pong balls need a voice, they need representation, but most of all to have somewhere to go everyday and give meaning to their lives. LOL jarasan

Roller Coasters Vs. the lottery...
I was looking at roller coasters on Tv and i am surprise at some things...The program i was looking at was about roller coasters...For example, there are roller coasters that cost 4 million, I was looking at the tv and saw one that cost 24 million. The surprising thing is that building, maintaining, and starting a roller coaster cost money too and it requires research, lot of research. Research with computers, electronics, dummies, people studying optimization, etc..Roller coasters have so much

code breaking and the LOtto...
Guys, I believe code breaking by hand is 10 times harder than trying to crack the lottery, specially when the lottery has trends, and some patterns. So if these guys made it in WWI II what makes you think that someone outthere hasn't develop the ingenuity to do the same with the lotto...Nowadays, they got computers and supercomputers that can do the calculations, and math involved in code breaking (same thing with encoding them too)..Guys, i see trends, and patterns in lottery that no lotto so

UK lottery operator license up for grabs
The licence to run the national lottery is up for grabs again, but some hopefuls say that the bidding process favors Camelot, the current UK Lottery operator. As the sun beat down on the Hyatt Regency hotel in M rida, on the Gulf of Mexico, several hundred delegates gathered inside last February for the World Lottery Forum. Representatives of lottery operators from Niger to New Zealand were welcomed by Mexican president Vicente Fox. They were there for their annual conference to discuss th

Record Powerball lottery won by one Nebraskan
>Store video tape indicates the ticket was sold at 3:09 p.m. Friday, Feb. 18, 2006, to one of two unidentified males. That is not the purpose of store surveillance cameras. Beyond idle curiousity, what purpose does this serve? Why does the lottery or store need to treat this like a criminal investigation? All technology will eventually be abused and misused.

Penn. woman Loses $20,000 In Jamaican Lottery Scam
What I can't understand is that with all of the technology today why can't they catch these crooks. I know they move around quickly but if they can catch that serial killer who mailed a print out of a map to police, they can catch these crooks. Is it because it is not a priority? and greed feed a scam. (getting somthing for nothing)

Hoosier Lottery...worse than you thought!
I would like to thank everyone here for the warm reception! @Cash Only:Yes, at least Indiana has a cash option but what is it? That's the point! They will not tell you what it is. They will not commit to anything other than saying it exists. What's the big secret? I mean after all these people are running a lottery and it is not unreasonable for a player to ask for the value of the cash option and to get a straight answer. (BTW...you're welcome.)@Zoozie: Well, I have no children, and my pr
