Yep...At least you can see what the people at the Casinos are doing as they are right there in front of you. The NCEL is hidden behind 3 steel doors with armed security and you CAN NOT get any where near the drawing stage or room for any reason.Just their most highly paid off lying staff get to see what goes on in that room...It's a racket run by the state...I for one am about tired of their mess ! These crooks don't need time before the drawing and time after the drawing. They just need time

Information from one of my old forums. Change Your Perspective When you are back-testing you already know what is going to be drawn so try looking at the combos from a different perspective. You can place yourself anywhere in time to get a 360 degree view of the drawing or drawing range you are predicting. Most people turn around and look at the past to try to predict the future which is kind of like driving while facing the back window. Try something different.
