NEW SYSTEM: Positional Dominance I want to tell you about a new system I am working on. I call it Positional Dominance or PD. It tells me what digits are dominating each of the 3 positions (first, second, and third) in the last 21 days. I do both 30 days and 21 days. I place more importance on the last 21 days. Well Gov Patterson's lottery paid out 5.1 million dollars on the 000 last night and 32 players had the SUM of 0 for a hefty $500 not bad. Thanks Rexboy ..... Just checked that Front Pair 66 was also missing since last 260 draws ..... I just didn't optimized that 466 ..... If I had, it would have been a str8 hit (664).
