Florida Megamoney or Pick 6
Haven't seen much discussion on these 2 Florida games and just wanted to spur some conversation, share some strategies and possibly get together a lotto pool around the Jacksonville area. Anyone interested?

Lottery Number Programming
A simple loop to pick 5 random numbers between 1 and the largest number in the pool will product a combination of five regardless of the language you're using. However if you want to check the combination for odd and even numbers and other conditions, you're going to need a more involved routine. First you need to define all the parameters that the combination must meet to be acceptable such as the number of odd and even numbers, the total sum, the number of times it has matched previous winners

Odd versus Even
There are more odd than even numbers and combinations in a pool of 39 numbers. Odd numbers =20 and 5/20=15,500 combination and even numbers=19 and 5/19=11,628 combinations

Employee lottery pool wins on first ticket
Oh my pool members would be very happy with a $6000 prize. Not that many of them would really need it, but just winning would be something to remember for a long time.

lexicographic clustering
Ion Saliu's program works for any lottery once the combination and number pool sizes are entered. That's more along the line of what I'm thinking off, I just have to figure out the number of loops needed to reach a certain combination.

What is the perfect number?
I think if you're going to do a lottery pool, go all out. Get a whole bunch ! I voted more than 10. But, like most of the others, I don't do lottery pools. I am too greedy. Plus, there is all that legal stuff I'm not interested in doing either.

What is the perfect number?
I only play alone. I have no desire to play with others, but I suppose if the pool were for something like Powerball or Mega Millions I would think that 5 to 10 people would be ideal.
