lol Chaz, before you press the post reply button, press the Ctrl + A combination on your keyboard, then press combination Ctrl + C that way it is copied to the clipboard, and if you get the error, just go back and press Ctrl + V, and you will be pasting the text into the textbox again. It sounds like you're pretty well set with the newer machine. As far as the old one, it's definitely time to get a new one. Using a machine built in 97 or 98 is like driving a car built in the 20's or 30's. Even if it's running as well as it can it's no match for today's demands. 8 minutes to boot is an eternity, but that's probably par for the course with a machine that old loading the stuff most people would have on it today. Yep. Not a computer error..... just a lot of small hits instead of a single larger one. Can't win'em all. Maybe those Pick 5s will still come in Surely am getting tired of looking at stars and trying to get numbers out of them. Once I get a good 'un or three I can leave that theory behind and go on to something else. Thanks Padawan and RJOH. I have this streak of stupid haunts me a bit. J

Okay, I figured out what my problem was... I had a non-working version on my system that was getting interchanged with the download, so I kept getting an error on the install. I deleted all my versions of Emma Lou and redownloaded ... it's all good now. Okay, I hope everyone takes my advice and gives this program a fighting chance. At least a month!
