joker pal your not exctly all there yourself..tiggs reads some of your post and it sounds like you live in a fantasy land of some sorts believing in magic numbers and someone who got very lucky and you believe he can predict jackpots all the time..He got lucky joker...Let it go and join the real world...it's nice here..

State lotteries are looking for ways to increase their sales to get get more profits for their state because they already get around a 50% return on most of their games. While larger jackpots in games like PB and MM help states get larger sales, I don't see how offering better odds would help them maintain their profit margin unless the spike in sales was extraordinarily higher.

If that's the case (refugees winning) I wanna be a refugee! I really don't know what criteria applies in your scenario. If the Lottery rules specify United States citizenship as a prerequisite for awarding jackpots, they would have to have attained that status.

You made a very good point he has to be vague, but he leaves clues you have to break that code.I discovered something that he probably uses and is noyt telling anybody, i don't blame him. What i have found to be maybe the key to winning jackpots.I can only tell you that there are three different sets of numbers you should play to really increase your chances.I might reveal it in a forum.

Never bought the book.The secret is just he spends a lot of money on the games not just a few buck.We are talking hundreds of dollars on each of the games.That way he increases his odds of hitting jackpots.You better have some deep pockets for this so called system.

With the two multi state lotteries having odds of 1:175M and 1:195M never generating a jackpot over $400M, it would probably have to be a lottery with twice those odds and $5 a play to generate a billion dollars jackpot. If it used a format like today's lotteries with weekly drawings and players willing to continue playing and losing while the jackpot builded up, it would probably fail unless all other lotteries with jackpots of $10M or more were discontinued.

As GASMETERGUY says, no reasonable player would believes it's possible to mathematically predict the outcomes of each drawing every time but I believe it's possible to come up with a system that improves the odds of winning. I doubt if playing lotteries can ever be profitable without winning a few second prizes or eventually a jackpot.
